Terms & Conditions

1. Securing of our photographers on your desired date will only be confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit.
2. All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc the photographer's judgment.
3. The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer(s) to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, social media, sample albums etc.
4. This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. By paying the deposit the Client accepts these terms and conditions.
